What you’ll do
- Handle incoming hotline, WhatsApp and email inquiries.
- Create and update support tickets with accurate issue details.
- Follow up with service centers and logistics to close requests quickly.
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year in support, call center or after-sales service roles.
- Strong writing and speaking communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests with attention to detail.
- Basic spreadsheet and CRM familiarity is preferred.
